The story of Jaboni's Pizzeria is a tale of love, family, and a lifelong dream realized. It all began in the late 1980s when Bart and Marti met while working at a pizza place in Knoxville. Their shared passion for pizza quickly blossomed into love, and they soon married.
Life took them on a journey, raising a family, working in corporate restaurants, and living in various states. But through it all, their dream of owning their own pizza place remained. When their children were grown and had moved out, the opportunity arose. They discovered a pizzeria that met they’re very high food standards. Jaboni's, a New York-style pizzeria, and instantly fell in love with it. For Bart and Marti, it was the perfect culmination of their journey, and as they say, the rest is history.
